His vision and mission is to operate an effective substance abuse treatment and housing program that offers "Christian Faith based" job training, and placement which can result in positive career hopes for addicts in recovery. The uneducated, and other (formerly perceived) unhireables who are left alone unskilled and unemployed are particularly at risk to engage in dangerous criminal activities...
